EPA Proposes Approval of Colorado's State Implementation Plan for 2008 8-Hour Ozone Standard

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve Colorado's State Implementation Plan (SIP) revisions to meet the 2008 8-hour ozone National Ambient Air Quality Standards (NAAQS) for the Denver Metro/North Front Range nonattainment area by July 20, 2021. The plan includes emission inventories, control measures, and regulations to reduce ozone and hydrocarbon emissions.
