Prevention of Alcohol Misuse and Prohibited Drug Use in Transit Operations

The Federal Transit Administration (FTA) has announced the 2023 calendar year drug and alcohol random testing rates for recipients of FTA financial assistance, maintaining the minimum rates of 50% for drug testing and 10% for alcohol testing.
