NMFS to Hold Virtual Hearing on Northeast Canyons and Seamounts Marine National Monument

The National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) will hold a virtual hearing and accept written comments on a plan to implement Presidential Proclamations 9496 and 10287, establishing the Northeast Canyons and Seamounts Marine National Monument, as required by the Magnuson-Stevens Fishery Conservation and Management Act and the Atlantic Coastal Fisheries Cooperative Management Act.
