Deepwater Port License Application: Texas GulfLink LLC Extension of Supplemental Draft Environmental Impact Statement Comment Period

The Maritime Administration (MARAD) and the U.S. Coast Guard (USCG) are extending the public comment period for the Texas GulfLink LLC deepwater port license application to November 30, 2022, to allow for a full 45-day review of the Supplemental Draft Environmental Impact Statement (SDEIS).
