EPA Seeks Public Input on Proposed Consent Decree to Settle Environmental Lawsuit

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is seeking public input on a proposed consent decree to settle a lawsuit filed by the Environmental Law & Policy Center and the Lucas County Board of Commissioners against the EPA over the agency's approval of Ohio's 2018 section 303(d) list, which they claim was arbitrary and capricious and failed to address nutrient pollution in western Lake Erie.
