US Fish and Wildlife Service to Hold Public Hearing on Proposed Queen Conch Listing Under ESA

The National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) will hold a public hearing to discuss its proposed rule to list the queen conch as a threatened species under the Endangered Species Act (ESA), with a public comment period now extended to December 15, 2022.
