USCIS Announces Eligible Countries for H-2A and H-2B Nonimmigrant Worker Programs

The Department of Homeland Security has identified 86 countries for H-2A and 87 countries for H-2B nonimmigrant status, allowing nationals of these countries to participate in these programs for the upcoming year.
