U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Invites Public Comment on Marine Mammal and Bird Species

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service is seeking public input on species covered under the Marine Mammal Protection Act and Wild Bird Conservation Act, with the goal of issuing permits for activities that would otherwise be prohibited.
