PBGC Extends Comment Period for Proposed Interest Rate Assumptions for Multiemployer Plan Withdrawal Liability

The Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC) is extending the comment period for a proposed rule that would provide interest rate assumptions for determining a withdrawing employer's liability under a multiemployer plan, from November 14, 2022, to December 13, 2022.
