Committee Proposes Deletions from Procurement List for Nonprofit Agencies Employing Persons with Disabilities

The Committee is proposing to remove services from the Procurement List that were previously furnished by nonprofit agencies employing individuals who are blind or have severe disabilities, in an effort to ensure compliance with the Rehabilitation Act of 1973.
