EPA Extends Comment Period for PSD and NNSR Rule Reconsideration

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is extending the comment period for its proposed rule on Prevention of Significant Deterioration (PSD) and Nonattainment New Source Review (NNSR): Reconsideration of Fugitive Emissions Rule, originally set to close on December 13, 2022, for sixty days.
