EPA Delegation of Authority to West Virginia for Hazardous Air Pollutants Standards

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has acknowledged West Virginia's updated delegation of authority to implement and enforce additional or revised National Emissions Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants (NESHAP) and New Source Performance Standards (NSPS), informing regulated facilities and the public through a letter made available by EPA on November 1, 2022.
