Export-Import Bank of the United States Proposes New System of Records Notice

The Export-Import Bank of the United States is proposing a new system of records notice, known as the EXIM Bank Watch List, pursuant to the Privacy Act of 1974, to maintain a list of entities and individuals subject to certain restrictions.
