Air Plan Approval; New Hampshire; Approval of Single Source Order

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve a State Implementation Plan (SIP) revision submitted by the State of New Hampshire. This revision establishes reasonably available control technology (RACT) requirements for Fujifilm Dimatix Incorporated located in Lebanon, NH. The intended effect of this action is to propose approval of the state's order for this facility. This action is being taken under the Clean Air Act.
