EPA Withdraws Michigan Air Pollution Control Rules Amid Adverse Comments

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has withdrawn its September 27, 2022, direct final rule approving Michigan Air Pollution Control Rules Part 1 Definitions and Part 2 Air Use Approval for inclusion in the Michigan State Implementation Plan (SIP), following receipt of adverse comments.
