U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Announces Availability of Draft Environmental Assessment and Habitat Conservation Plan for Benton County, OR Permit Application

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service has made available a draft environmental assessment and habitat conservation plan in response to an application from Benton County, Oregon, for an incidental take permit under the Endangered Species Act of 1973, as amended, and has also received a request for an incidental take permit from the county.
