PBGC Requests OMB Approval for Termination of Single-Employer Plans Information Collection

The Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC) is seeking public comment on a proposed submission to extend approval, with modifications, of a collection of information under its regulations on terminating single-employer plans and missing participants, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act.
