EPA Modifies Proposed TSCA Fee Rule to Reflect Actual Costs

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is issuing a document to modify and supplement its proposed rule regarding the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) fee rule, which was initially proposed on January 11, 2021. The EPA aims to ensure that the fees accurately reflect the level of effort required to implement the TSCA amendments of 2016.
