FMCSA Issues Interim Guidance on Broker and Bona Fide Agent Definitions

The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) has released interim guidance on its interpretation of the definitions of 'broker' and 'bona fide agents' in response to the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (IIJA), with the goal of clarifying the terms and seeking public comment.
