FINRA Initiates Review of Proposed Rule Change for Remote Inspections Pilot Program

The Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) has launched a review process to determine whether to approve or disapprove a proposed rule change that would adopt supplementary material for its Remote Inspections Pilot Program under FINRA Rule 3110 (Supervision).
