USGS Proposes Renewal of Earthquake Questionnaire Under Paperwork Reduction Act

The U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) is seeking to renew its earthquake questionnaire, which collects data on earthquake experiences, with revisions, in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (PRA).
