U.S. Commerce Department Finds Russian Imports of Emulsion Styrene-Butadiene Rubber Sold at Less Than Fair Value

The U.S. Department of Commerce has determined that imports of emulsion styrene-butadiene rubber from Russia are being sold at less than fair value in the U.S. and has also reclassified Russia as a non-market economy.
