BOEM Announces Availability of Draft Environmental Impact Statement for Empire Offshore Wind's Proposed Wind Energy Facility Offshore New York

The Bureau of Ocean Energy Management (BOEM) has made available a draft environmental impact statement (DEIS) for Empire Offshore Wind, LLC's (Empire Wind) proposed wind energy facility off the coast of New York, marking the start of a public review and comment period.
