EPA Approves Mississippi State Plan to Reduce Excess Emissions

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved a revision to Mississippi's State Implementation Plan (SIP) submitted by the Mississippi Department of Environmental Quality (MDEQ) in response to an EPA call to address excess emissions during startup, shutdown, and malfunction events, which was published on June 12, 2015.
