Limitation on Claims Against a Proposed Public Transportation Project-Silver Line Project

The Federal Transit Administration (FTA) has taken final environmental actions on the Silver Line Project, a public transportation project formerly known as the Cotton Belt Corridor Regional Rail Project, and is now limiting claims that may challenge these decisions, in accordance with federal regulations.
