Expunction Policy for Certain Civil Penalty Actions, Military Referrals, and Foreign Referrals

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) will remove records of civil penalty actions against individuals who have settled without violating any rules, referrals of potential rule-breaking by US military personnel to the US Armed Forces, and referrals of potential rule-breaking by foreign pilots to their respective countries' aviation authorities.
