EPA Proposes Approval of North Carolina State Implementation Plan for Ozone NAAQS

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve a state implementation plan submitted by North Carolina to maintain the 1997 8-hour ozone national ambient air quality standards (NAAQS) in the Charlotte-Gastonia-Rock Hill area through 2034.
