EPA Submits Request for Review of Lead-Based Paint Disclosure Requirements

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has submitted a request to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) to extend the deadline for collecting information on lead-based paint hazards, which is currently set to expire on November 30, 2022, and will now be reviewed until further notice.
