EPA Proposes Approval of North Carolina's Nitrogen Oxides Rule Revision

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve minor changes to North Carolina's nitrogen oxides rule as part of the state's State Implementation Plan (SIP), submitted by the North Carolina Department of Environmental Quality (NCDEQ) Division of Air Quality.
