FHWA to Prepare Environmental Impact Statement for California State Route 239 Highway Project

The Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) is issuing a notice to advise the public that a Draft Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) will be prepared for the proposed California State Route 239 highway project in Contra Costa, Alameda, and San Joaquin Counties, California, on behalf of the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans).
