EPA Proposes Exclusion of Hazardous Waste from List for WRB Refining LP

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to grant an exclusion from the list of hazardous wastes to WRB Refining LP, a Texas-based company, allowing it to dispose of up to 7,000 cubic yards of stormwater tank waste per year in a Subtitle D Landfill.
