Millennium Challenge Corporation to Add New System of Records Subject to Privacy Act

The Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC) is proposing to add a new system of records to its inventory, in compliance with the Privacy Act of 1974, as amended, and in accordance with the requirements to publish a notice in the Federal Register.
