EPA Solicits Comment on PFAS Reporting and Recordkeeping Requirements

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has released an Initial Regulatory Flexibility Analysis (IRFA) and Updated Economic Analysis for the proposed rule on per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) reporting and recordkeeping requirements, and is seeking public comment on the documents.
