Air Force to Grant Partially Exclusive Patent License to Tensor Networks

The US Department of the Air Force is issuing a notice of intent to grant a partially exclusive patent license to Tensor Networks, a California-based S-Corporation, in accordance with the Bayh-Dole Act and implementing regulations.
