Coast Guard Extends Comment Period for Draft Programmatic Environmental Impact Statement for Base Seattle Expansion

The Coast Guard is extending the public comment period for the Draft Programmatic Environmental Impact Statement (PEIS) for the proposed Expansion and Modernization of Base Seattle by two weeks, from December 16, 2022, to January 6, 2023.
