Interior Board of Land Appeals and Other Appeals Procedures Regulations to be Amended

The Office of the Secretary is updating existing rules for appeals to the Interior Board of Land Appeals (IBLA), adding new procedures for consolidation, time extensions, intervention, and motions, and removing outdated rules from the former boards, while also correcting the address of the Office of Hearings and Appeals.
