US Corps of Engineers and California Department of Fish and Wildlife Submit Permit Application to Enhance Endangered Species

The US Corps of Engineers and California Department of Fish and Wildlife have submitted a permit application to the National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) to enhance the propagation and survival of endangered species listed under the Endangered Species Act of 1973, as amended, for the next 10 years through the Russian River Steelhead Program.
