Cboe Exchanges File Amendment to Plan for Regulatory Responsibilities

The Cboe exchanges have filed an amendment to their plan for allocating regulatory responsibilities, which has been approved by the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, and will take effect soon, as part of a broader effort to enhance options-related market surveillance.
