U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Lists Puerto Rican Harlequin Butterfly as Threatened Species with Critical Habitat Designation

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service has listed the Puerto Rican harlequin butterfly as a threatened species under the Endangered Species Act of 1973, and designated approximately 41,266 acres of critical habitat in Puerto Rico.
