FMCSA Requests Public Comment on Driver Hours of Service Exemption Request

The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) is seeking public comment on a request from Wayne Moore, Jr. to be exempt from four provisions of the Federal hours of service regulations for a period of five years, citing his safe driving record and experience.
