US Continues Antidumping and Countervailing Duties on Chinese 1-Hydroxyethylidene-1,1-Diphosphonic Acid
The US Department of Commerce and the US International Trade Commission have determined that revoking antidumping and countervailing duties on Chinese 1-Hydroxyethylidene-1,1-Diphosphonic Acid would likely lead to continued dumping and subsidies, causing injury to the US industry, so the duties will remain in place.
