Coastwise Endorsement Eligibility Determination for a Foreign-Built Vessel: FLOOD CUTS (Motor); Invitation for Public Comments

The Maritime Administration (MARAD) is seeking public comments on a request to determine the eligibility of a foreign-built vessel for a coastwise endorsement, which would allow it to carry up to 12 passengers for hire. The vessel, which will operate in the U.S. waters, has been identified by the Secretary of Transportation.
