Coastwise Endorsement Eligibility Determination for a Foreign-Built Vessel: TITANIA (Sail); Invitation for Public Comments

The U.S. Maritime Administration (MARAD) is seeking public comments on a request to determine the eligibility of a foreign-built vessel, the TITANIA, to carry passengers for hire in U.S. waters, with a capacity for up to twelve passengers.
