Bureau of Indian Affairs Approves Pawnee Nation of Oklahoma Leasing Ordinance Under HEARTH Act

The Bureau of Indian Affairs has approved the Pawnee Nation of Oklahoma's leasing ordinance, allowing the tribe to enter into various types of leases without additional approval, as mandated by the Helping Expedite and Advance Responsible Tribal Homeownership Act of 2012 (HEARTH Act).
