U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Seeks Public Comment on Marine Mammal Protection Act Species and Permit Applications

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service is seeking public comment on species subject to the Marine Mammal Protection Act, which prohibits activities with listed species unless authorized by the federal government. The agency is also seeking public comment on permit applications for activities that would otherwise be prohibited under the MMPA.
