3i RR Holdings Entities File Exemption Petition with Surface Transportation Board

3i RR Holdings entities, including 3i RR Holdings GP LLC and Regional Rail Holdings, LLC, have submitted a petition to the Surface Transportation Board seeking exemptions from certain regulations for their rail operations, including the Exemption-Effingham Railroad Company, Illinois Western Railroad Company, and South Point & Ohio Railroad, Inc.
