EPA Proposes Changes to PFAS Reporting Requirements

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to add more per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) to the list of chemicals of special concern, subjecting them to the same reporting requirements as other hazardous chemicals, and to eliminate certain exemptions for supplier notifications.
