U.S. Department of Commerce Preliminarily Finds Indian Company Sold Stainless Steel Pipes at Below Market Value

The U.S. Department of Commerce has found Ratnamani Metals & Tubes Ltd. made below-market sales of stainless steel pipes in the U.S. from November 2020 to October 2021, and is rescinding the review for Hindustan Inox, Ltd. due to timely withdrawal requests.
