Coast Guard Proposes Second Delay of Effective Date for TWIC-Reader Requirements

The US Coast Guard is proposing a second delay of the effective date for certain facilities to implement Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC) reader requirements, pushing the new deadline from May 8, 2023 to May 8, 2026, with the option to extend it to May 8, 2029.
