Delaware: Final Authorization of State Hazardous Waste Management Program Revisions

The United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has authorized Delaware's revisions to its hazardous waste program under the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA), following a review that confirmed the revisions meet all necessary requirements. The EPA is also removing and reserving codification of Delaware's hazardous waste program.
